Employees wanting to contribute to 2015 HSA or FSA must enroll

November 12, 2014

Employees must actively enroll each year to contribute to a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), per Internal Revenue Service regulations. The employee's amount for new 2015 contributions will be set to zero if the employee does not designate an amount in EBenefits during the open enrollment period.

To enroll for 2015 contributions, employees go to the Purdue Employee Portal, follow the EBenefits link at the top of the page, and enter their Purdue career account username and password to begin the enrollment process.

Employees have until 6 p.m. (ET) Friday (Nov. 14) to enroll for 2015 benefits.

For more information, go to the open enrollment Web page or contact Human Resources at 49-42222, hr@purdue.edu or HR Help
