Purdue to hold tours of new residence hall

An open house for Purdue's new residence hall, Third Street Suites, will be held Tuesday and Wednesday (Aug. 5-6).
Tours will be offered from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. The tours are open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
The new 124,189-square-foot, 304-bed residence hall built on Vawter Field is designed to support student learning and retention and improve academic success. The facility includes mixed-use retail space on the first floor and is designed to achieve a silver rating under the LEED system.
