APSAC, CSSAC accepting nominations for Community Spirit Award

The Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee and the Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee are accepting nominations for the Community Spirit Award.
Created in 2011 as a joint effort between APSAC and CSSAC, the award is given annually to a staff member who is an active volunteer in the community, sets a high standard for service, encourages a sustained commitment to civic participation and inspires others to make service a central part of their lives.
Administrative, professional, clerical and service staff members are eligible for nomination. Nomination forms are available on the APSAC website, at www.purdue.edu/apsac/ and will be accepted through Aug. 29.
