The Delegation of the President’s Authority (V.B.5) has been updated to reflect recent changes made by the Board of Trustees and the President. In addition to these revisions, procedures for managing delegations of authority have been added as a related document. The procedures clarify what an appropriate delegation of authority is and outline the requirements for documenting delegations.
