Subject: Additional training sessions for Purdue Print and Digital Services delivered by Xerox

Xerox has announced that it will hold several additional WebCRD/Ariba Training Sessions. I encourage all of you to attend one of these meetings to learn the new job submission process and to ask questions.  Purdue employees who order from Xerox as well as department approvers are particularly encouraged to be in attendance. 

The meetings will be in Lawson, Room 1142, at the following dates and times:

  • June 16, 9-10 a.m.; 1-2 p.m.; 2-3 p.m.
  • June 17, 9-10 a.m.; 1-2 p.m.   
  • June 18, 9-10 a.m.
  • Aug. 18, 9-10 a.m.; 1-2 p.m.; 2-3 p.m.
  • Aug. 19, 10:30-11:30 a.m.; 1-2 p.m.; 2-3p.m.

Seats for each session are on a first-come, first-served basis.

A recording of the training session will be available online at starting Monday (June 9).

In addition, an open house is planned for 10 a.m.–2 p.m. June 24 at Printing Services, 698 Ahlers Drive.
