Posters sought for CIE 'Changing Classroom' symposium

March 7, 2014

The Center for Instructional Excellence is seeking posters for "The Changing Classroom Symposium" on March 26-27, when faculty members will present their methods and experiences in redesigning courses through the IMPACT initiative. The deadline to submit posters and a 250-word abstract is 5 p.m. Monday (March 10).

All faculty members who have redesigned courses through IMPACT are invited to submit posters. Faculty members who presented posters during the 2013 symposium are invited to revise them and do so again.

Posters must be landscape in orientation and no more than 48 inches wide and 36 inches in height.

Posters should be created using PowerPoint with no color background. CIE staff members will arrange for the printing and display of all posters.

In addition to their posters, presenters may bring informational or promotional material such as business cards or handouts.

Poster sessions will be held during the symposium from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. March 26 and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 27. All poster sessions will take place in Stewart Center, Room 218.

Posters must be submitted to cie@purdue.edu by the deadline. Questions may be directed to that email address.
