Hadley presentation to discuss creating service-based culture

The 2014 Richard A. Hadley APSAC Professional Development Series on Tuesday (April 29) will discuss how to create a service-based professional environment, employ constructive communication and maintain working relationships. Seating at the event is filled, but a live stream of the presentation will be available.

Tamara Fay, a Chicago speaker and consultant, will lead the presentation. It's titled "Creating a Culture of Service," and more information about Fay is available here. The presentation will take place at 2-4 p.m. in Stewart Center, Room 218. It will be streamed live here. The event is being presented by the Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee.

During the presentation, attendees will learn how to establish service goals and standards to support Purdue's mission, use constructive communication in real-world situations and maintain relationships when working with difficult people and situations.
