Federal Express account number to change

Purdue's Federal Express main account number is changing as of Saturday (Nov. 16).
The current account number (xxxx-0802-4) will be disabled on Friday (Nov. 15). As of Saturday, FedEx will no longer accept airway bills with the old preprinted account numbers on them, and packages with those bills will not be shipped.
Preprinted airway bills with xxxx-0802-4 on them should be recycled or destroyed. Those using FedEx online set up by Materials Management and Distribution do not need to make any changes. Faculty and staff who are out of the office and will be using FedEx while away should be alerted of this change.
