Showcases to highlight new procurement system launching Sept. 23

On Sept. 23, Purdue will retire its SRM purchasing system and implement its new Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) purchasing system. Three P2P showcases have been scheduled in July and August to help raise awareness of the new system and its basic functionality.
Frequent users of the SRM system are encouraged to attend one of the showcases, which will provide a high-level overview. Detailed training will follow.
Showcases will be held at the following times:
* July 25 -- 10-11 a.m. Neil Armstrong Hall, Room 1010
* July 30 -- 2-3 p.m. Beering Hall, Room 2280
* Aug. 7 -- 1:30-2:30 p.m. Lawson Computer Science Building, Room 1142.
Limited seats remain for the July showcases.
