APSAC elects new vice chair

April 23, 2013

The Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee (APSAC) elected Andrea Thomas vice chair during its meeting April 10.

Thomas is a technology writer for ITaP in the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology. She succeeds previous interim vice chair Brenda Knebel, who recently left the University. Thomas' one-year term as vice chair will begin in June under normal APSAC procedures.

John Fassnacht, associate director of software development and integration, is taking over for Knebel in representing the College of Liberal Arts, the College of Education and the School of Management.

In addition to electing Thomas vice chair, in April APSAC elected Bob Geswein as a nonvoting emeritus member.
