Employee Assistance services available

Benefits-eligible employees have access to free, on-site counseling and referral services through WorkLife Programs Employee Assistance.

Employee Assistance counselors are available to help employees address a wide range of issues, whether they relate to an employee's personal life, family or job.

Employee assistance services also are available to official retirees, dependent family members, spouses/same-sex domestic partners and to families of deceased employees. 

Cheryl Laszynski, worklife administrator with WorkLife Programs, also is available to speak to groups on employee assistance and family-friendly services. For more information, see www.purdue.edu/hr/audience/managerssupervisors.html.

WorkLife Programs Employee Assistance is located at the State Street Office Facility (SSOF), 1601 W. State St. To make an appointment for an in-person or telephonic consultation, call 49-45461. Office hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

For after-hours needs, call the Crisis Center at 765-742-0244 or 765-423-2255.
