Online tobacco cessation program available

June 21, 2012

For those looking to complete an approved tobacco cessation program, the American Lung Association's Freedom From Smoking Online is available to Purdue employees and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners.

Freedom From Smoking Online (FFSO) includes a preparation phase for laying the foundation for success, setting a quit day to affirm the decision to quit, and moving into the maintenance phase where skills are identified and support provided to stay tobacco -free. To mark completion of each module, a quiz must be completed.

To register for FFSO, visit the WorkLife Programs registration system at https://www2.itap.purdue.edu/bs/Worklife/index.cfm?site=login.
