Employee Assistance training available to managers, supervisors

Human Resources WorkLife Programs is offering training to familiarize managers and supervisors with Employee Assistance.

 

The educational sessions can be scheduled at the request of a department or area. Topics of discussion will include the benefits of Employee Assistance, how managers and supervisors can work with Employee Assistance and how to utilize Employee Assistance as a management tool.

 

Cheryl Laszynski, worklife administrator, will review all of the counseling and consultation services available to managers and their staff, as well as the work-life services and resources managers can access to assist their employees to become their best.
