New parking permit refund procedure to take effect Aug. 1
Effective August 1, a new parking permit refund procedure will be in place for all faculty, staff, and students.
Faculty, staff and students who paid the entire cost of their parking permit upon purchase are eligible to receive a pro-rated refund if the permit is returned to the Parking Facilities office before March 1 of the expiration year. Permits returned on or after March 1 of the expiration year will not be eligible for a refund. Those paying for a permit via payroll deduction are not eligible for a refund, but payroll deductions will cease once the parking permit is returned.
