WorkLife Programs class will supply participants with communication tools

Human Resources WorkLife Programs is offering a course over the noon hour to help improve communication with loved ones.

"What Keeps Your Communication From Being Effective in Intimate Relationships" will be held from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. today in Haas Hall, Room 111. Dorothy Hughes from Span Plan Adult Student Services Program will facilitate.

What is and is not effective communication? How mindful are you of how you communicate and how you are perceived? This workshop will provide mindfulness tools for self-discovery and effective communication in intimate relationships.
