WorkLife offerings to focus on stress management

The WorkLife Programs classes coming up in the next few weeks focus on stress management, a timely topic during the hectic holiday season.

Webinar -- Laugh Your Way to Wellness
Nov. 29. 2-3 p.m.
Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Fun, free and easy to use -- see how you can get your daily dose of healthy fun. Once you are registered for the webinar, the URL for the meeting will be available under "My Enrollment." Access the link provided shortly before the meeting time to attend the webinar. You will need a computer with speakers to take part. Consider using headphones to listen.

Dec. 1. 9-10 a.m.

If you're like most people, you'd love to have more hours in the day. Though it's impossible to create more time, you can learn to waste less time, be more productive and get organized.
