The WorkLife Programs classes coming up in the next few weeks focus on stress management, a timely topic during the hectic holiday season.
Webinar -- Laugh Your Way to Wellness

Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Fun, free and easy to use -- see how you can get your daily dose of healthy fun. Once you are registered for the webinar, the URL for the meeting will be available under "My Enrollment."
