Mortar Board seeking nominations for annual leadership conference
Mortar Board is asking for help in encouraging active and budding campus leaders to achieve their potential with a nomination to attend this year’s Mortar Board Leadership Conference.
The theme for the 2012 conference, to be held Jan. 28 in Stewart Center, is "Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders." The conference will include two keynote addresses and two 50-minute breakout sessions that will give attendees the chance for small group interaction with one of the distinguished speakers.
Faculty and staff are asked to nominate current and emerging leaders, and they may nominate as many students as they would like.
The nomination form is available at https://web.ics.purdue.edu/~mortarbd/events/leadership.conference.php. Deadline is 5 p.m. Nov. 21.
