Equal Access/Equal Opportunity briefings scheduled for faculty, staff
The Office of the Vice President for Ethics and Compliance will hold Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the ADA Amendments Act briefings for faculty and staff in June, July and August.
The sessions will be held at the following times and locations:
* June 22. 10:30 am. Neil Armstrong Hall, Room 1028.
* July 26. 3:30 pm. Lawson Computer Science Building, Room B134.
* Aug. 11. 8:30 am. Rawls Hall, Room 1071.

The Americans with Disabilities Act and the ADA Amendments Act briefing represents Phase II of the Equal Access/Equal Opportunity Briefing Initiative, which started at Purdue more than three years ago.
Phase II focuses on the area of disabilities in order to communicate changes to the law brought about in 2009 that affect employers such as Purdue with increasing numbers of individuals with disabilities. Purdue seeks to ensure that all members of our community are treated equitably and respectfully.
