APSAC to offer 'Servant Leadership' presentation

The Administrative and Professional Staff Advisory Committee will offer "The Case for Servant Leadership" workshop on April 21 as part of its Lovell Leadership Series.

Phil Anderson of the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership (www.greenleaf.org) will facilitate the workshop, which will be 10 a.m.-noon in Stewart Center, Room 206. The presentation is drawn from the Greenleaf Center’s book, "The Case for Servant Leadership," coupled with Anderson's personal experiences.

Participants will learn:
* How to grow as a leader by serving others first.
* The practical application of servant leadership.
* To appreciate and utilize different values, voices and skills.
* That serving others is not about sacrifice, but personal fulfillment.

All employees are invited to attend with permission from their supervisor, but space is limited to 150 attendees.
