Upcoming class stresses importance of exercise, fitness
WorkLife Programs is offering a course on the importance of fitness and exercise Wednesday (March 23) as part of its 12-week program, "Transform Your Health Habits." The class will be facilitated by Lane Yahiro, Department of Health and Kinesiology.
"Stop this Treadmill, I Want to Get Off" will be held from12:10 to 12:50 p.m. in Stewart Center, Room 318.
Life's treadmill can be difficult to step off long enough to assess your exercise goals, where you've been and where you're headed. Step off your treadmill and join us as we discuss ways to find the right "FIT" to enhance our FITness.
