Proposals sought for BoilerWeb 2011 conference

The BoilerWeb 2011 conference committee is now accepting proposals for 30-minute presentations and Q&A discussions. The BoilerWeb 2011 conference, scheduled for April 7 at Purdue, will focus on current and emerging Web technologies. 
  
The full-day event is designed to showcase projects and concepts developed by Web professionals from across campus and provide attendees with opportunities for exchanging knowledge and expertise. Sponsored by ITaP, the conference is free and open to anyone at Purdue with an interest in the topic.
  
The committee will consider any presentations related to Web technology, but possible topics include:
 
* Application development.
* Content management.
* Design.
* Mobile development.
* Programming.
* Social applications.
 
Guidelines for proposals and more information about the conference are available at www.itap.purdue.edu/boilerweb. The deadline to submit a proposal is Feb. 18.
