Upcoming class will provide information, discussion on sleep

WorkLife Programs is offering a course on sleep habits as part of its 12-week program, "Transform Your Health Habits." The class will be facilitated by Amber Simons, a worklife wellness specialist with WorkLife Programs.
  
"A Good Night's Sleep" will be held 12:10-12:50 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 2) in Stewart Center, Room 320.
  
This course will teach participants about the stages of sleep, how it works, and what it does for the body. Participants will get tips to improve the quality of their sleep.
