Smoke-free policy for WL campus goes into effect today

The smoke-free policy for Purdue's West Lafayette campus goes into effect today (July 1). Smoking will no longer be permitted on campus except in a limited number of designated areas. Links to the complete policy, a map of the 21 designated smoking areas and smoking cessation resources are available at www.purdue.edu/smokefree. The site also answers frequently asked questions about the policy and offers a form to report policy violations and concerns.
