Menopause: The Physiological Side of the Change
Tuesday. 12:05-12:55 p.m. WorkLife Programs, Purdue West Shopping Plaza (PWF), 1402 W. State St.
During menopause, some women may experience physical changes. Explore the range of changes one may expect during this phase of life.

Manage Stress at Work
Friday. Noon-1 p.m. PWF.
This presentation will help participants discover their coping quotient, review personal structuring as the antidote to chaos, address balancing work and play, and explore the secrets of finding happiness at work.

Conflict Resolution
March 30. Noon-1 p.m., PWF.
This presentation will help participants define and understand the nature of conflict, identify common sources of conflict in the workplace, learn to identify symptoms and stages of unresolved conflict, and learn effective techniques to resolve conflicts with co-workers.

Personal Resiliency in Times of Change
April 1. Noon-1 p.m. PWF.
This presentation will help participants know the definition and characteristics of a resilient person, be aware of their own skills and strengths, analyze how to keep sight of the big picture, and develop personal resilience for moving through change.
