Automated welcome calls coming from Choose Well, Live Well Personal Health Team

The new CIGNA Choose Well, Live Well Personal Health Team is reaching out to Purdue employees this month through automated welcome calls. Staff Benefits and WorkLife Programs are encouraging employees to take the call when it comes to learn more about available services and programs. 
 
Participation in any Choose Well, Live Well Personal Health Team offering is voluntary and confidential. Team members, known as Live Well Advocates, can help employees and their covered family members assess their health status, make healthy choices, and become better health care consumers. CIGNA is calling employees who are covered by a Purdue medical plan.
