myPurdue downtime scheduled for February

The myPurdue portal will be down from 6 p.m. Feb. 10 through 7 a.m. Feb. 15. To keep Banner software current, this scheduled downtime is needed to install an upgrade to the Banner student system.

The downtime will affect access to the portal, including INB and SSB.

Blackboard will be available during the Banner upgrade, but any new information entered into Blackboard during this time frame will not be reflected in the Banner student system until 7 a.m. Feb. 15.

Cognos reporting against Banner online will be unavailable for the duration of the Banner downtime. Cognos reporting against the ODS will be available except for the weekend. The data in the ODS will be as of midnight Feb. 9. When the ODS becomes available Feb. 15, it will be in sync with Banner.
