Center for Healthy Living launches new patient portal

A new patient portal for the Center for Healthy Living launches today (June 11).
Employees will be able to access the portal from the Center for Healthy Living website as they do now. As with the current portal, users will be able to communicate with their providers by sending and receiving secure messages. The ability to schedule appointments via the portal will still be offered but with improved functionality and mobile-friendly capabilities. Health and wellness information will remain accessible via the portal. The ability for dependent access is still in development, and dependents will need to call the center to schedule an appointment.
The main difference users will note is the change to the login process. Users will no longer use their Purdue ID information to access the portal. Employees will log in for the first time with their Purdue email address and then create a unique password. From there, all employees will create a new profile.
Another difference users will notice is that all information that is currently in their portal will not transfer to the new version. Employees who would like copies of that information or have additional questions about the new portal should contact the center at 49-40111. For security reasons, the new system times out quickly.
The center is open for provider appointments 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Lab hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. For medical assistance after hours or on weekends, contact the Anthem nurse line at 888-279-5449 for assistance.
