Country music group The Band Perry to perform at Purdue
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Grammy-nominated country music group The Band Perry will perform at 7 p.m. March 4 in Purdue University's Elliott Hall of Music.
This concert is presented by Purdue Convocations and the Purdue Student Concert Committee.

The Band Perry is made up of siblings Kimberly Perry (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Reid Perry (bass guitar, background vocals) and Neil Perry (mandolin, drums, accordion, background vocals). The group signed to Republic Nashville in 2009 and has released four singles: "Hip to My Heart" (November 2009), "If I Die Young" (June 2010), "You Lie" (January 2011) and "All Your Life" (August 2011). All four songs are included on the band's self-titled debut album, which was released in 2010. "If I Die Young" reached No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs charts and has been certified triple platinum.
