While Waiting for the Ambulance

• Do not leave the victim alone.
• Turn the victim on his/her side to prevent choking in case of vomiting.
• If there’s more than one person in the room, someone may want to go out and meet the ambulance crew.
• If the bystander has time, they may want to gather the victim’s ID, purse, wallet, etc.
