Reserve a Room

If any individual or organization would like to reserve a room at the Latino Cultural Center please visit the center to fill out the room reservation form or select the downloadable form here (PDF). Forms can be dropped of at the Latino Cultural Center or faxed to (765) 496-1774.

Alternatively, please fill out and send the following form and a LCC staff member will contact you as soon as possible, in order to confirm your reservation.
