Latino Student Council - LSC

The Latino Cultural Center (LCC) has created a comprehensive Latino Student Council (LSC) that encompasses Latino-based and interest organizations that enhance the mission of the LCC and is recognized by Purdue University. A member of each organization comprises the council and the council meets every other week throughout the year. The primary responsibility of this union is to collaborate on events, programs, and activities; the council also meets to discuss services and programs that the LCC provides and serves to provide guidance to each other as well as to the LCC. This council also participates in the Latino Leadership Retreats provided by the LCC. The strength and collaboration of this group unifies Latino/a forces across campus and helps to enhance unity, service, and social responsibility.
