Project Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, in support of project staff, for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the project’s work plan and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary project liaison to the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), Office of Women’s Health.
  • In general, support the project team, ISDH, and project constituents in carrying out the work plan for sexual violence primary prevention on Indiana campuses.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise project staff.
  • Manage the project budget.

  • Announce and award model campus mini-grants.
  • Plan and implement a model campus training meeting.
  • Provide technical assistance to model campuses.
  • Provide web resources for comprehensive approaches to sexual violence, in support of model campuses.
  • Plan, advertise, and conduct a statewide meeting to disseminate the work of model campuses with comprehensive approaches.
  • Carry out evaluation of all previously listed responsibility areas.

  • Announce and award mini-grant funding for targeted social marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical assistance for social marketing mini-grants.
  • Provide web resources for social marketing.
  • Plan, conduct, and receive feedback on the dissemination of campus policy analyses.
  • Provide technical assistance re campus policies.
  • Provide web resources related to policy and advocacy.
  • Plan, promote, and conduct a workshop for faith-based campuses.
  • Provide technical assistance to faith-based campuses.
  • Organize and conduct male involvement meetings.
  • Provide technical assistance to campuses for male involvement.
  • Provide web resources and e-news for male involvement.
  • Carry out evaluation of all previously listed responsibility areas.
