Project Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, in support of project staff, for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the project’s work plan and objectives.
- Serve as the primary project liaison to the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), Office of Women’s Health.
- In general, support the project team, ISDH, and project constituents in carrying out the work plan for sexual violence primary prevention on Indiana campuses.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise project staff.
- Manage the project budget.

Project Responsibilities
- Conduct social marketing trainings for campuses and offer technical assistance in developing, implementing, and evaluating social marketing campaigns for the primary prevention of sexual violence.
- Facilitate focus groups and develop focus group protocols to help assess knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors toward sexual violence on campuses.

Project Responsibilities
- Plan and implement statewide bystander intervention trainings for campus professionals.
- Provide technical assistance to Indiana campuses regarding the implementation of bystander intervention programs.
- Provide technical assistance regarding campus policies, including policy accessibility and policy content to ensure campuses fulfill federal guidelines.
- Provide technical assistance to campuses for male involvement.
- Provide technical assistance to campuses for collecting local data.
