Resource Request Process (add, modify, delete)

Who What to Do

Requesting Department Department process followed to identify the need to add, modify, or delete a Microsoft Exchange resource.

Requesting Department Department process followed to complete the Resource Request Form.

Department Head or Designee Department Head or Designee signs and submits the Resource Request Form to the Zone.  Department Head or Designee provides a copy of the form to the departmental Technical Coordinator.

Zone Zone staff request Resource add, delete, or modification from the ITaP Central Helpdesk.

5

Zone Zone staff notify requester that the request has been processed.
