Contact your Technical Coordinator who will complete a LAN form to change your name.  Fill out a Business Office Form 13 to have your name changed in the Purdue University Directory.  If you want to change your e-mail address, be sure that you note the e-mail address you would like to have.  If this address is available, it will be assigned to you.  If it is not, the HR/Financial Zone will contact you to get another e-mail choice.
