What does it mean when you say my PC will be reconfigured?

From time-to-time, your Technical Coordinator or a member of the Zone will tell you that your machine is going to be reconfigured.  This means that the Zone will be copying a new image to your computer -- essentially wiping it clean and starting out fresh with the most recent software and security fixes.  Any settings or documents that you have stored on your computer will be overwritten.

NOTE:  All documents should be stored on file servers (i.e. S:, H: drives).

What to do before your pc is reconfigured.

What to do after your pc is reconfigured.

After your computer has been reconfigured, follow the After Reconfiguration directions.
