Spring into health with a wellness program

Spring into health with a wellness program

Spring is here, and it’s a time for fresh starts. If you’re ready to harness the energy of the new season and improve your health, sign up for a Center for Healthy Living series.

Offerings are available to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff. Spouses/same-sex domestic partners covered on a Purdue medical plan are also eligible.

Here’s what’s coming in May and June. To register, call Millie Fenneman at 49-45505.

Want to lose weight and don't know where to start? Have you wanted to adopt a healthy lifestyle? Now is the time to join the center for a 12-week program geared toward helping you become healthier. The program is led by an RN health coach who will help you identify issues that contribute to being overweight, assist you in developing goals and strategies for successful weight loss and maintenance, provide support and guidance, and lead discussions on nutrition and physical activity.
