Make your voice heard: Staff survey available through May 5
If you’re a West Lafayette staff member, you received an email invitation to participate in a confidential survey as part of the Purdue Quality of Work Environment Initiative. The goal of this long-term initiative by Human Resources is to understand and improve your work environment.
The survey assesses the quality of employees’ work experiences to highlight areas for improvement and help in designing future leadership initiatives.
All eligible staff members received an individual email invitation with a link to the online survey. Computer labs with onsite assistance are available for employees who need computer access.
It’s important that you take the survey and help Purdue focus on making the changes that matter the most. Your feedback will ensure that the University is a workplace that lets its employees do their best work.
Your survey responses will be confidential. All data will be stored in a secure place, and the final dataset will contain no personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. The results of the survey will be reported in the aggregate: group level trends and key themes will be shared, but your responses will not be reported individually.
If you’ve already taken the survey, thanks for your valuable feedback. If you haven’t, please take the time to do so – your opinion matters.
The survey is available until May 5. If you haven’t received your invitation to complete the survey (or you deleted it by mistake), send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
