You work at Purdue, so you already have a great start on your path to a strong career. Your next plan of action should be to make sure that your future Purdue path keeps you focused on doing something that you enjoy and excel at in order to make your career goals a reality. Attend this session to learn the basics of the hiring process at Purdue, to open up your mind to some self-discovery and maybe even to explore a range of possibilities you may not have considered to make your Purdue path navigational.

What will get your resume and cover letter noticed? At this session, you'll learn how to build a strong resume and compose a cover letter that will highlight your work-related knowledge and experience. In addition to discussing tips and trends, we'll also bust some well-established but untrue resume myths.

How do you prepare for the interview? This session will provide tips that will help you walk into an interview more prepared and more confident, resulting in a more positive experience.

You'll meet individually with Talent Acquisition professionals to have your resume reviewed and to participate in a mock interview. You'll receive constructive feedback on your resume and interviewing skills.
