Asking important questions of Anthem
BENEFITS

Have an important question for Anthem? Here’s your chance to ask.

Are you facing a complicated health care situation? Want more information about your 2014 Purdue medical coverage and the cost of care? Maybe you have a question about one of your medical claims.

Talking face-to-face with an Anthem representative could be just what you need. As Purdue’s 2014 medical plan administrator, Anthem provides customer service staff who can help you with all of these areas and more. And Anthem is bringing its staff to the West Lafayette campus several times this winter.

If you’re covered on a 2014 Purdue medical plan and want a one-on-one appointment with an Anthem representative, call Stacy Goss at 317-287-5441. If you reach Goss’s voice mail, leave a message including your name, phone number and preferred appointment time.

You’ll be assured of an opportunity to meet with Anthem if you make an appointment, but Anthem staff will meet with you on a walk-in basis, if time allows.

Anthem representatives will be on the West Lafayette campus at the following places and times:

  • Feb. 13, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 263A and Purdue Memorial Union, Room 260
  • Feb. 21, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 260
  • Feb. 27, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 263A
  • Mar. 7, noon – 5 p.m., Purdue Memorial Union, Room 256 and Purdue Memorial Union, Room 260
