BPR: A journey in business, personal transformation

As most of you have heard by now, there’s a new department on campus working to improve the effectiveness of our business processes. Led by Tim Werth, director, and Amber Thompson, manager, the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) department began in early 2016 with a plan designed to provide faculty and staff with the best processes and tools possible to be successful in their respective roles.


Anthem continues dental provider recruitment, distributes new ID cards

Anthem dental cards for 2017 have been released and should arrive in employee homes over the next few days for those who enrolled in either the preventive dental or a buy up dental plan. Dental cards are separate from the Anthem medical cards and employees are asked to update their insurance information with their dental provider.


Phishing email scams? Don’t get caught in the net!

Most of us can say that we’ve received junk or spam email at least once – probably once a day actually. Some are easy to identify as spam while others are designed to literally imitate valid emails that we’ve received previously from an area on campus.
