Wellness screenings
The School of Nursing has wellness screening appointment times available during the summer months. Please call 49-46341 for information.
Benefit-eligible faculty and staff, official Purdue retirees, and their spouses or same-sex domestic partners are eligible for one free wellness screening per calendar year. Graduate staff are also eligible for a free wellness screening per calendar year. Graduate staff spouses or same-sex domestic partners may complete an annual wellness screening for $20.
Nursing Center for Family Health
The School of Nursing’s Nursing Center for Family Health, located in Johnson Hall B-5, offers a variety of additional screenings/procedures at a cost to the participant, including LDL cholesterol, triglycerides or a fasting lipid panel, complete physical exams, and pap smear testing. Flu shots
Free flu shots are offered to benefit-eligible faculty and staff, graduate staff, retirees, and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners. Flu shot participants must bring their PUID with them at the time of the flu shot. Updates about flu shots for fall 2008 will begin in September.
