Mindy Paulet, M.S. / WorkLife Manager A healthy employee is a more productive and content employee at home and in the workplace. By working together at Purdue University, we can have a profound impact on the lives of our employees. The tools we provide through WorkLife Programs will assist faculty, staff, and retirees who wish to improve or maintain their overall health. By providing the flexibility employees need, the University will, in turn, reap the economic and non-economic benefits of a healthier environment. Take a step to improve your health - you're worth it. |

Cheryl Laszynski, RN, BSN, MBA / WorkLife Administrator At Purdue University we are fortunate to have dedicated faculty and staff who work to make Purdue a great university. In my role as Program Manager for WorkLife Connections, I hope to promote our programs and create new WorkLife initiatives to help our faculty and staff better balance their work life with personal/family life needs. The demands of work and personal responsibilities can be overwhelming at times, negatively affecting our mental and physical health and reducing our well-being and productivity. Our team goal is for WorkLife and Employee Assistance professionals to provide information, resources, programs and tools to our Purdue community to help them manage their daily demands, enabling them to live healthy, happy, productive lives. Sara Primeau, MSW, ACSW, LCSW / EAP Counselor WorkLife Programs Employee Assistance is here to help Purdue employees and their family members in times of trouble. Personal, emotional, and psychological problems affect us all. Our health care plans have improved by making mental health benefits accessible and affordable. Using WorkLife Programs Employee Assistance to identify a problem, make a plan of action, and access appropriate help does not mean you are "crazy.” When you feel hurt, confused, angry, sad, depressed, anxious, or have trouble getting along with other people, call me at WorkLife Programs Employee Assistance.
