Steps of Supervision
These trainings are currently available for teams and workgroups
consisting of twenty or fewer individuals

Step 1 - Clarify, Negotiate, and Commit to Your Changing Role
Participants solicit input from area leaders, employees, and peers to help define individual and team expectations. This course empowers each participant to sustain workplace conversations to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.
Step 2 - Understand Your Expected Result
To manage well, we must know what extraordinary performance will look like for the portion of the business we manage – in the next month, six months, the next year, and beyond. Only by clearly understanding the results our stakeholders want, will we be able to manage successfully.
