Creating a Performance Focused Environment - Register now

During this session, each supervisor is provided interview questionnaires and employee self evaluation tools to use among their team(s).  These documents are designed to enhance performance dialogues throughout the evaluation period.  Participants will also engage in exercises to reinforce their skills in developing objective/measurable performance criteria.
