Temporary Permanent Resident

• Individuals who have been granted temporary permission to reside in the United States under certain special U.S. government programs.
• Form I-688, Temporary Resident Card, or an Employment Authorization Documents (EAD).
• Valid until expiration date on the card (or on a sticker on the back of the card).
• Employers must reverify employment eligibility by the expiration date on the Employment Authorization Document.
