Accomplished Clerical Excellence

ACE logo
Accomplished Clerical Excellence is a two year professional development opportunity for support staff to enhance and broaden their skills so they may better serve themselves, their department, and the University community. ACE is sponsored by the Executive Vice President and Treasurer  and is available to clerical staff who have at least one year of University service and have been in their current position at least six months.

Semester one will concentrate on a better understanding of the University, learning about oneself, diversity education, and team participation.

The second semester will focus on all aspects of communication, including public speaking, assertiveness, and customer service.

Professionalism, ethics, time management, and personal effectiveness will be the focus of the third semester.

Lastly, the fourth semester will provide resources on self development and improvement, including supervisory skills, along with a more in-depth look at the University resources.
