Communications and Change Management focuses on providing quality writing, design and web services and strategic communication planning, as well as assisting with change management.
Employee Training and Development develops and delivers training and communications programs that develop University employees’ knowledge of business processes to help them achieve excellence in their University responsibilities, while supporting career development.
Our team is partnering with Business Process Reengineering and supporting the transformation projects.
