Policies assist participation in Spring Fling

Spring Fling, the annual appreciation event for faculty, staff, graduate student staff, and retirees, is set for 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16. Lunch lines will open at 11:30 a.m. at the southeast entrance to the East Gymnasium.

  Healthy Purdue needs continued supervisor support

More than 9,000 employees completed a wellness screening and the HealthPath® Questionnaire as part of Healthy Purdue this year, making them eligible to participate in the Wellness Achievement Incentive. Participating employees will work toward completing five wellness criteria before November 9, and supervisor support can have a significant impact on their success.

  Retirement savings programs offered for Healthy Purdue credit

Staff Benefits has partnered with TIAA-CREF to offer retirement savings programs to departments on a first come, first serve basis. The retirement education program is a long-term initiative designed to help staff and faculty learn about the need to save for retirement and the different investment vehicles that will help them to achieve their goals.

  Employee hygiene: What you can do

Paul is a hardworking guy. You know he holds a second job in the evenings and that extra time in the day is hard for him to find. A couple of his co-workers have asked to be reassigned. When pressed, they admit it is because Paul occasionally doesn?t smell too good. In fact as the week progresses, he really begins to stink!
