If you or your staff members completed training for the OnePurdue financial system, you likely have logged in and gotten some work done since the system opened for business February 6. If everything has gone well for you, congratulations! If you ran into a glitch or two, the OnePurdue team hopes that you found the help you needed right away. Since the moment the OnePurdue financial system launched at all campuses at 8 a.m., February 6, an array of self-help resources and campus-specific contact names and information became available at the “Get Help” button on the OnePurdue Web site. Links at the help site lead staff to transaction simulations, process explanations for various business transactions, and extensive training materials. For campuses other than West Lafayette, the site also will provide information on where to seek help for campus-specific issues. Those who discover unique issues or questions they don’t find addressed online, can contact the OnePurdue Support Center. It is accessible via e-mail or by phone, 49-46000. The OnePurdue Support Center provides:
Those who have taken instructor-led training courses also have received review materials to keep at their desks. OnePurdue hopes those materials and the self-serve online tools will provide most of the help needed. If not, the OnePurdue Support Center is ready to help. Stay apprised of staff course completion status OnePurdue recommends that you check regularly with your staff members to make sure that each person who hasn’t yet completed his or her assigned courses does so as soon as possible. Course completion reports are updated weekly by the OnePurdue training team. If you have questions about course completion, consult with training coordinators. If you have a question that your training coordinator cannot answer, call or e-mail the Support Center: 49-46000 or onephelp@purdue.edu.
